We were very pleased with our week-long stay in an R&RV trailer. We had a few questions before we booked and they were answered promptly. The booking process was smooth and we received wonderful customer service! When we arrived the trailer was very clean and we got a quick, but thorough tour. I would highly recommend renting a trailer through R&RV.

Very happy with the experience! I was quite particular about the way I wanted the rental positioned on our site at a private campground and explained this as best I could to Marco. He even met with the park owner on my behalf to confirm the suitability of our large (33’) rental and my requested setup. We arrived to find it sitting there exactly as I had requested! The unit was well used but clean and functional. (Knew the rental was older so wasn’t expecting perfection). I wasn’t there to meet Marco in person but he was apparently very pleasant and provided a thorough walk through. Would definitely recommend R&RV and hope to use them again.

Excellent communication and a clean and well designed trailer. As a former RV owner it was nice to have someone else do the setting up and removal. Marco does a great job explaining all you need to know, we will be renting again.

We booked for the 1st time with R&RV Holiday Trailer Rental for a family trip to the Okanagan this summer & had a great time! Every thing was set up and ready for us on arrival including a bottle of local wine (nice touch). Marco showed us around and helped explain all the bells & whistles of the trailer so that we were comfortable with everything before he left. We had the Cherokee Forest River which was clean & well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the bunkhouse at the back, which was the perfect fit for our big family. Oh and they're dog friendly! It was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs with us on this adventure.
We did run into a few small issues during our stay but everything was fixed quickly and without any additional complications. The dvd player was glitchy which we shrugged off initially, but once Marco heard about the issue he insisted on replacing it. Which was pretty awesome! We also had some issues with a neighbour and the positioning of their trailer. Marco came out to help us see if there was any way to adjust our trailer's position to maximize the space we lost due to the neighbour's tight parking job. In the end we managed to find a solution that worked for everybody. We really appreciated him coming out to help resolve that unexpected problem.
All said, we had a wonderful time. R&RV Trailers are good people & a great company to do business with. We'll be back.
